"Following the publication of the Court of Auditors Special Report No5 on the Implementation of LEADER1, the subsequent study of its contents and the open discussions which took place among the ELARD members during the most recent General Assembly and Council Meetings of the Association, the European LEADER Association for Rural Development (ELARD aisbl) in accordance with its mandate has decided to voice its opinion with regards to the contents of the report in question."
